- Do you want to avoid crying while peeling/cutting onions ?? Cut them in half and soak in water for about 10-15 minutes and then dice them.
- Want to make crispy pooris?? While kneading the wheat flour, add a little rice flour to it and knead well.
- While preparing a dish, you find it has turned salty, add some tomato juice/a tomato to it, it will reduce the saltiness.
